The Rextude Division makes countless numbers of tubing shapes from many different types of resins. We produce both rigid and flexible tubes in materials that include but are not limited to PVC (rigid, semi-rigid, and flexible), olefins (polyethylene and polypropylene), ABS, styrene, EPDM and urethane.

We make perfectly round tubing and also tubes that are oval, square, or hexagonal. Rextrude can produce tubing with many different wall thicknesses. We can cut tubing to length, coil it in boxes, or wind it on different size spools.
As with our Custom Profiles, we will need your specific tolerances in order to properly quote each product. Certain compounds can shrink over time and we must calculate shrinkage in order to match your specifications. An example of some tubing profiles that we make are illustrated to the right.
